Shipping

When you submit a preorder, you reserve your garment at a fixed price of $24.99 CAD. We collect preorders until we reach the minimum order quantity (MOQ) required to run production. Once MOQ is met, production begins and your garment ships to your address. No payment is collected until fulfilment — this is a reservation, not a charge.

MOQ is the minimum number of units a manufacturer requires before starting a production run. Garment-dyed heavyweight tees require a certain volume to justify the dye bath, press setups, and quality checks. By running preorders, we only produce what is actually wanted — no overstock, no waste.

If a specific colourway or style doesn't hit MOQ within the preorder window, you'll be notified at your email address. No charge is made. We may offer an alternative colourway that did hit MOQ, or keep the preorder open longer — you'll hear from us directly.

Timeline depends on when MOQ is reached and production turnaround. We'll communicate a shipping estimate once MOQ is confirmed. In general, expect 6–10 weeks from MOQ confirmation to delivery. We'll keep you updated at every stage via email.

Contact us within 48 hours of placing your preorder and we can make adjustments. After that window — especially once production has been confirmed — changes may not be possible. Reach out as early as you can and we'll do our best.

Drop 001 ships to the Americas only — Canada, United States, Mexico, and select Latin American countries. We are not shipping to Europe, Asia, or Australia for this drop. If you're outside the Americas, check back for future drops.

Shipping is customer-paid. Rates vary by destination and carrier and will be calculated at the time of fulfilment. We'll provide a shipping quote before any charge is confirmed. We aim to use tracked, insured carriers for all shipments.

All preorders are final sale during the pilot phase. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. If you receive a defective garment, contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Cold machine wash inside-out. Hang dry — do not tumble dry. Do not bleach. The garment-dye colour will continue to develop and fade with repeated washing; this is an intentional characteristic of the material, not a defect. The more you wash it, the more character it develops.

Each piece goes through a garment-dye process that creates natural variation between units. Colour depth, wash marks, and tonal variation will differ slightly from piece to piece — and from the photographs. This is by design. No two pieces are identical. The images represent the general colourway and graphic; your unit will have its own character.
